Network Monitoring and Maintenance Plan:*
 
bulletReview and maintain your Windows Domain (add users, printers, etc).
bulletSetup, maintain and monitor your corporate Firewall.
bulletMaintain Anti-Virus updates and operation on network servers.
bulletConfigure, monitor and adjust Anti-Spam software. Requires MS Exchange Server.
bulletMaintain and confirm network file Backups.
bulletEnsure disks are not running out of space
         
 

Desktop Maintenance Plan:
 
bullet Maintain, on a Monthly basis:
bullet Anti-Virus program definitions files are up to date.
bulletAll Microsoft Updates are updated and installed.
bulletEliminate SypWare / Pop-Up ads.
bullet Defrag hard drives.
bulletEnsure disks are not running out of space.
         

*   Requires a network that has been properly set up with a VPN capable Firewall, Anti-Virus software, backup system, etc.  Exchange 2003 or 2007 email server required for Anti-Spam.

**  On the need for system re-install, customer will need to have valid software license for any software re-installed.  Time required to re-install any software beyond Operating System not included.
